Shipping and Delivery Information:
Items are normally posted within 2 days of receiving cleared payment for your order, except for bank holidays and Sundays.
Shipping charges are weight based
Postage within the UK.
We currently ship via Royal Mail and Parcel Force and other Couriers for larger items. All items are personally handed in at our local post office in Stamford / collected by courier from our workshop.
Non receipt of your items, when posting orders we always obtain proof of posting from the Post Office, this proves that we have posted your item and that it’s in the Royal Mail System and it also allows us to verify if the parcel is out for delivery or has been delivered. If after a reasonable amount of time (30 days) the status remains as a “non delivered” status we will issue a full refund to you
Shipping Outside of UK
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
We will accept returns within 14 days of your order being received, but you must make contact first by email or phone to explain why you want to return your order.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage and gaining proof of posting. However, if you have not used a “signed for” service to return your order and we do receive it we will not be able to make a refund.
Refunds will only be made for the actual cost of the products and will not include the postage costs.
